1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how WeTechForU (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Allen, Texas, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information connected with our website, service enquiries, customer relationship tools, and marketing communications by email or text message (SMS).
We provide consulting, digital marketing, design, web and application development, SEO, content, cloud, data, reporting, and related technology services to businesses. This policy applies to information processed for those activities through our website and approved marketing systems.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide and information generated when you use our systems:
- Contact and project details such as name, work email, phone number, company, requested service, message, and related correspondence
- Communication and consent choices, including service-response consent and optional marketing email or SMS preferences
- Lead and customer records stored in our MarketingBy portal and related CRM tools after a form submission or authorized import
- Technical information such as IP address, device, browser, referring page, and security or spam-control logs when those tools are enabled
- Publicly available business contact information that we may lawfully obtain for B2B outreach (for example published business emails or phone numbers), subject to applicable law and your opt-out rights
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate potential work, deliver contracted services, operate and secure our website and systems, prevent spam and abuse, maintain preference and suppression records, comply with law, and improve our services.
Website contact submissions are delivered through Contact Form 7 on our CMS and copied into the WeTechForU MarketingBy portal so our team can follow up. Transactional responses related to your request may be sent to info@wetechforu.com and authorized reviewers.
4. Marketing email and text messages
We may send marketing emails and, where permitted, marketing text messages about our services, insights, offers, or events.
When we collect contact details through our website forms, optional marketing permission is separate from a service request. Checking marketing consent is not required to submit a project enquiry.
In some cases we may contact businesses using publicly available business contact information for B2B marketing where allowed under applicable law, including Texas law and U.S. email/SMS rules that apply to our campaigns. You can always opt out.
Opting out of marketing does not stop a response you requested, security notices, contractual messages, invoices, or other transactional communications.
5. Opt-out and preference center
The fastest way to stop marketing emails is the MarketingBy preference / unsubscribe center: https://marketingby.wetechforu.com/unsubscribe/c/wetechforu.
You can also open our on-site Email preferences page, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, reply STOP to a marketing text when that option is offered, or email info@wetechforu.com.
We keep suppression records so opt-outs continue to be honored across our approved mailing and messaging systems. Preference updates may take a short processing period to propagate.
6. Disclosure and service providers
Information may be processed by approved providers that support hosting, security, form delivery, email, SMS, CRM/marketing portals (including MarketingBy), analytics, authentication, and professional services. Providers should receive only what is reasonably needed for their role.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the contact form. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a properly managed business transaction.
7. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used for security, form protection, and basic site operation. Any analytics, advertising tags, or nonessential cookies we enable will be inventoried and connected to the consent controls we publish for this site.
8. Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the request, client relationship, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or marketing suppression. Lead records in the MarketingBy portal are retained according to our business and compliance needs unless a verified deletion request requires a different outcome.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, protected health information, or highly sensitive personal information through the public contact form.
10. Your choices and requests
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or marketing preferences by emailing info@wetechforu.com. Rights vary by location and may require verification. Marketing opt-out requests should need only what is reasonably required to identify the email address or phone number.
11. Children
The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the contact process.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when our website, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date appears on this page. Material changes will receive appropriate notice when required.
