1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the WeTechForU website. By using the website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These website terms do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, data-processing agreement, or other written contract. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Website information and services
WeTechForU provides information about consulting, digital marketing, design, web and application development, SEO, content, cloud, data, reporting, and related technology services for businesses.
Website content is general information and is not legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Campaign results, rankings, lead volume, and business outcomes vary and are not guaranteed by browsing this site.
Submitting a contact request does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or commit either party to a project. A project begins only after the applicable scope and agreement are approved.
3. Requests, proposals, and communications
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting contact or services. We may use the information you submit to evaluate and respond to your request, prevent abuse, maintain records in our MarketingBy portal and related systems, and improve the enquiry process.
Optional marketing email or SMS consent is separate from a service request. You may withdraw marketing consent without affecting project-related or requested communications. Preference updates are handled through the methods described in the Privacy Policy, including the MarketingBy unsubscribe / preference center.
4. Marketing practices
As a marketing and technology consultancy based in Texas, we may send commercial email or text messages about our services where you have consented, where you have an existing business relationship that permits the message, or where we lawfully use publicly available business contact information for B2B outreach.
Every commercial marketing email we send should include a clear way to unsubscribe. Marketing text messages, when used, should include a reasonable opt-out method such as replying STOP where that channel supports it.
You are responsible for ensuring that any business contact details you publish or provide to us may be used for the purpose you intend.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, access restricted systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service in a harmful manner, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate another party’s rights.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, graphics, code, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to WeTechForU and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your internal evaluation, but you may not reproduce, sell, modify, or distribute them without permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, platforms, and content remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
7. User-provided material
You retain ownership of material you submit. You authorize WeTechForU to use it as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your request and to operate our CRM and service workflows. Do not submit confidential information, protected health information, payment-card data, passwords, or material you do not have the right to share through a public website form.
8. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to third-party services such as social networks, scheduling tools, maps, analytics, content systems, authentication providers, or the MarketingBy preference center. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. WeTechForU is not responsible for third-party availability or content.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, WeTechForU disclaims warranties that are not expressly included in a signed agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular search rankings, campaign outcomes, revenue, lead volume, regulatory compliance for your business, or other business results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WeTechForU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising only from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Applicable law may not allow every limitation, so some limitations may not apply.
Any liability relating to paid services is governed by the signed agreement for those services rather than this public website statement.
11. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these website terms is in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless a signed client agreement specifies a different forum for that engagement.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, services, or law. The revised date will be posted on this page. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
